St-Germain is a French liqueur made from elderflowers, launched in 2007 by Robert J. Cooper, a third-generation distiller. The liqueur is named after Paris’s iconic quarter, St-Germain-des-Prés, which has been known for artistic expression and free-thinking for centuries. St-Germain is made with up to 1,000 hand-picked elderflowers in full bloom each spring, and the harvesting season only lasts for a few weeks. The liqueur is indulgent, yet delicate with a fresh natural sweetness and notes of pear and honeysuckle. Each bottle is numbered with the year the petals were collected.
