Junmai Dai-Ginjo

Junmai Dai-Ginjo is a type of premium Japanese sake that is made from highly polished rice grains and pure water. It is a top-tier sake that is known for its complex flavors and aromas, as well as its smooth and refined texture.

To be classified as Junmai Dai-Ginjo, the sake must be made using rice grains that have been polished down to at least 50% of their original size, and it must not contain any added alcohol or other additives.
