Description

Old, proprietary vineyards in San Vicente de la Sonsierra, cultivated with organic fertilizers and sustainable, environmentally integrated agricultural practices.

Production
Crafted using traditional methods with 100% destemmed grapes. Both pre- and post-fermentation maceration are done with the skins, using selected yeasts sourced from our own vineyards. Aged for 14 months in Bordelaise barrels of both French and American oak.
