Bright ruby colour. Fruity aromas of ripe red berries with lactic and toasted notes, as well as hints of black tea leaves.

Old, proprietary vineyards in San Vicente de la Sonsierra, cultivated with organic fertilizers and sustainable, environmentally integrated agricultural practices.
Production
Crafted using traditional methods with 100% destemmed grapes. Both pre- and post-fermentation maceration are done with the skins, using selected yeasts sourced from our own vineyards. Aged for 14 months in Bordelaise barrels of both French and American oak.
