This sake has been matured in the tank for 2 years at low temperature; an older sister of Jozen White. The aroma is a mixture of mineral tone and fruits. The first sip is water rushing over the rock. Subtle swirls of peach, nectarine, juicy cheery that melt into a delicate rice grain finish. The mineral undertones of the water join together the sweet with the savoury and the past with the present.
Flavorful and smooth type. Medium dry with nice body. Ripen fruits harmonize with floral and earthy aromas. Well-balanced, clean acidic flavour with a touch of sweetness.
