This Shiraz pays homage to the original winery located in the historic town of Clare, which first opened as a Jam Factory in 1895. For over a centruy the Jam Shed played a crucial role in the development of the region through both jam and wine production and this quirky Shiraz has been inspired by great preserves of old.
