Fettercairn’s latest release was matured for 22 years in first-fill American ex-bourbon casks. According to Whyte & Mackay, the single malt showcases Fettercairn’s signature tropical character which is due to its copper cooling ring distillation process. The company noted that the process drenches the stills in clear mountain water to ensure only the purest vapours rise to create a new spirit.
