Clase Azul Plata is a blanco tequila made from 100% organic blue weber agave. The agave is grown for 6–8 years, then cooked in brick ovens for 72 hours, pressed using a roller mill, and fermented in stainless steel tanks. The tequila is then twice distilled in Copper Pot stills using a proprietary yeast developed by the master distiller. The natural colors from the slow cooking are filtered out before bottling, and the tequila is not aged.
