Bruno Paillard Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru is a 100% Chardonnay Champagne from the Champagne region of France. It’s made from Chardonnays from the Côte des Blancs Grands Crus, along with reserve wines from the producer. The wine is described as having a very pale, shiny appearance with green tints, and a lighter effervescence than other Champagnes. It has a bold, floral aroma with notes of citrus fruit, white flowers, almond, and toast. On the palate, it has crisp acidity, extra fine bubbles, and a long finish with chalky and lemon notes.
