The nose offers beautiful aromatic complexity; ripe fruit and spicy aromas; hints of roasted apples, apple compote and peaches. A subtle combination of structure, length and vivacity; bubbles like velvet; pear, brioche and spicy aromas, notes of fresh walnut.
