The robe is Intense, deep red in colour.
The nose is pure and expressive with notes of violets, black fruit and a touch of mint. The wine is round and delicate on the palate with soft tannins, displaying generous aromas of blueberry, blackberry, and cassis. Well-balanced, with good persistence on the finish.
Bodegas Caro Aruma is a Malbec red wine made from grapes grown in the Mendoza region of Argentina. The name “Aruma” means “the night” in Quechua, the indigenous language of the Mendoza region, and refers to the dark nights and pure mountain air of the area. The wine is made using traditional methods, including pump-over and delestage, and aged in tanks to preserve its fruit character. The wine has an intense, deep ruby color, and an aroma of berry fruits, violets, and blackcurrant. On the palate, it’s described as round, fresh, and well-balanced, with aromas of blackberry and red fruits, and a long finish.
