??Black Tower is a medium-dry white wine made from one of Germany's most distinguished grapes: the Rivaner. The Rivaner grapes used for making Black Tower are grown in Rheinhessen, an area of gently rolling hills neighbouring the Rhine Valley. It is an ideal setting with a particularly mild climate, producing some of Germany's great wines. Black Tower's Rivaner grapes are crushed gently and fermented slowly to retain a grapey yet floral fragrance. The result is a wine that has a consistent, delicate balance of fresh and crisp fruit flavours with just a hint of spice.??
