This is a fantastic Margaret River blend. Soft, juicy, and nice gentle oak finish.individual vineyard parcels were fermented separately in open-top stainless steel fermenters and pressed off through a basket press.
This was followed by malolactic fermentation and 9 months in seasoned French oak. Parcels were selected for blending prior to light fining, and filtrating bottling.
Dark crimson red with a scarlet hue, aromas of blackcurrant and mulberry spice are complemented by hints of classic Margaret River dried herbs and bay leaf. A rich, supple red wine displaying flavors of cassis and mulberry fruit with underlying sweet oak spice. The palate is beautifully rounded with fine, powdery tannins.
