The fruit was sourced from a number of specifically chosen low cropping vineyards from the Lower Wairau Valley region of
Marlborough. Leading up to harvest, each vineyard was closely monitored and tasted to determine when the flavours were at their optimum. The grapes were machine harvested in the cool of the night to preserve the fresh and delicate Sauvignon Blanc aromas.

Description

Each vineyard batch was quickly transported to the winery for pressingfollowed by a cool fementation in stainless steel tanks. The cool
fermentation preserves the fresh and bright fruity characters of the Sauvignon Blanc grapes. Once fermented, selected batches were carefully chosen and blended prior to fining and bottling.
