A fabulously fruity sake from Ile Four dubbed Momo! The name is a reference to the Japanese legend of Momotaro, a boy who was sent from heaven in peach and fought a few demons. While this sake doesn’t have any demon-fighting properties, what we do know is that it should make a brilliant twist on a Bellini!
