Nose: Toasted teacakes, jam and vanilla pod.
Palate: Dates and ginger cake, with lychee, banana and vanilla custard.
Finish: Honeyed baking spice and toasty oak.
The recently revived Gelston’s family just got a little bigger with this tasty Irish single malt! The no age statement whiskey has been finished in bourbon casks, so there’s some lovely tropical fruit and honey in there among the oak spice.
