Clear, light yellow. Slightly petillant. Young and fruity. Delicate and smooth, fresh and fruity. It is medium-dry wine to be drunk young.

Recommended serving at a temperature of 6 to 8ºC

Excellent with fish, shellfish and light aperetifs.
