Growing Conditions:Cienna is an exciting grape variety bred by the CSIRO Plant Industry by crossing Sumoll, a grape variety from Spain, with Cabernet Sauvignon. This wine is made from Cienna grapes grown at our Mystic Park vineyard in the Murray Valley of north-west Victoria.

Winemaking notes:The wine did not receive any oak treatment and was bottled soon after fermentation with an alcohol of 7.5%.
