Deep garnet red in colour, on the nose it is serious and elegant.
The evolution in the glass translates into an increase in intensity
and aromatic complexity where the fruit continues to be the
backbone of the nose of the wine. On the palate it has a wellstructured body with ripe, silky tannins, easy to drink and a
persistent aftertaste.

Description

WINEMAKING PROCESS
Made using grapes from medium-aged vineyards.Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks at controlledtemperatures, with subsequent ageing in French and Americanoak barrels.
STORY
This wine, bearing the name of its creator, is the alma mater of the winery. Ever since the harvest of ‘98, this mark refers to wine produced using medium-aged vineyards, although Emilio Moro
previously used it for crianzas and reserves.
