Account Eligibility and Limits:
"You may only register and operate a single account on our platform. Accounts are personal to the original creator and are not transferable. The creation or use of multiple accounts by the same individual ('multi-accounting') is strictly prohibited, unless expressly permitted in writing by us."
Verification and Monitoring:
"We reserve the right to monitor account activity and use identity verification processes to ensure compliance with our 'one account per user' policy and to detect and prevent fraudulent activities. This may include the monitoring of IP addresses, device information, and transaction patterns."
Prohibited Activities (Bonus Abuse):
"Users are prohibited from engaging in 'bonus abuse,' 'promo abuse,' or 'loyalty points fraud,' which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, referral rewards, or any other promotional offers intended for new or unique customers; manipulating transactions to gain points; or exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain unauthorized rewards."
Consequences of Violation:
"If we determine, in our sole discretion, that a user has violated this policy by creating multiple accounts or engaging in bonus abuse, we may take any or all of the following actions:
-Immediate suspension or permanent termination of all associated accounts.
-Forfeiture of all accumulated points, rewards, or benefits associated with the accounts.
-Reversal of any fraudulent transactions or redemptions.
-Prohibition from participating in future promotions or loyalty programs.
-Pursuit of legal action for damages incurred."
