Our extra-añejo Cristalino is made with 100% blue agave and masterfully aged in selected American white oak barrels for over sixty months. Carefully filtered to clarify, our Cristalino brings out the irresistible aromas and tastes from the agave. Richer than añejo, purer than blanco. Made to be sipped slowly, neat or on the rocks. LOS 7 ÁNGELES respects the centuries-old tradition of carefully hand harvesting the Agave Azul Tequilana Weber, which takes 7 years of meticulous care by our Jimadores to reach the maturity. All year round the agave plants take in nutrients from the fertile volcanic red soil of the Highlands, allowing sugar to concentrate in the piña and producing the fruity characteristics of our tequila.
